Will Joseph Muscat con the Challenge League football clubs too?

The Challenge League standing committee said that they feel let down by the Malta Premier League (MPL), which refused to maintain the same stance taken last season, when the MPL clubs gave 12.5 per cent of the €2.5 million grant allocated by UEFA to Malta Premier League clubs to the Challenge League teams.In his reaction, MPL chairman Joseph Muscat made it clear that the MPL is still discussing on whether it will pass a part of the Solidarity Funds to clubs in a lower division.I cannot understand why the Challenge League clubs are surprised that Joseph Muscat is holding them at his mercy.After having conned the whole country of scores of millions thanks to his shady friends Tumuluri, Shaquat Ali, Armin Ernst, Pilatus and various other crooks, why are you surprised that he might con even you?Joseph Muscat's modus operandi is well known. ...
